Terms & Conditions

This page is a plain-language summary of our operating policies and is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice. A separate written agreement and waiver may be signed before training begins.

General Terms

By booking a session, trial, or membership with Fit For Our Life LLC ("Fit For Our Life," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below. Services are provided in and around Tampa, Florida, in person at agreed outdoor or private locations, or live online. We reserve the right to update these terms; the current version governs your active membership.

Four-Week Billing Standard

All recurring plans are billed per four-week membership cycle — never described as "monthly." This prevents confusion during calendar months that contain five weeks. Each cycle includes the stated number of sessions for that plan, and your renewal date advances four weeks at a time.

Online Substitution Notice

When circumstances such as severe weather, travel, or a minor non-contagious illness make an in-person session impractical, sessions may be held live online if it is safe to do so and both coach and client agree. An online session replaces the scheduled session for that day; it is not an additional or bonus session.

Cancellation & Rollover Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for client cancellations or reschedules.
  • Unused sessions do not automatically roll over to the next cycle.
  • A maximum of 1 approved rollover session per four-week cycle may be granted at our discretion.

Childcare & Safety Disclaimer

Fit For Our Life does not provide childcare. A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of any session that includes participating minors, and must supervise any non-participating children who are nearby. Coaches focus on delivering training, not supervising children.

Medical Scope Disclaimer

Fit For Our Life provides general physical fitness coaching only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, nutrition prescription, or mental health treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Participation is at your own risk.

Participant Waiver & Release

Summary only — not legal advice. A formal signed waiver may be required before participation.

By participating in any Fit For Our Life session, each participant (or the parent/guardian of a participating minor) acknowledges that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Participants confirm they are physically able to take part, agree to follow the coach's instructions, and voluntarily assume all risks associated with training. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Fit For Our Life LLC and its coach from claims arising out of ordinary participation in training activities, except where prohibited by law. This summary does not replace, and is subordinate to, any signed written waiver and release.
